Acti-Prim is a unique transparent activator / primer in a durable pen designed to allow difficult substrates to be repaired and bonded in a clean and professional manner.

Acti-Prim optimizes the adhesion of cyanoacrylate adhesives, such as Clear Bond, Quick Bond and Fast Glue 1+3, and accelerates the drying process of this type of adhesives. An additional advantage of this pen is that it is not classified as dangerous according to the European law on chemicals.

Specifications

Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean the bonding surfaces with Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic and allow to evaporate for 10 minutes.
Application method: Open the pen, apply Acti-Prim on one of the sides to be bonded, and then allow to evaporate for 30 seconds. Apply cyanoacrylate adhesive (e.g. Innotec Clear Bond, Quick Bond, Fast Glue 1+3) on the other side and join both parts together within 60 seconds. Allow the bond to dry for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the type of substrate) before exposing it to loads.
