Returns & Refunds Policy
At SWL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns in line with your statutory rights under UK law.
1. Cancelling Your Order (Change of Mind)
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase made online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
You must inform us in writing (by email or post) within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please provide proof of sending.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We will refund the cost of the item(s) and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, not as described, or damaged:
You have the right to a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.
If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you may be entitled to a refund.
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed.
3. Items Exempt from Return
We do not accept returns for the following unless they are faulty:
Sealed items (e.g. cosmetics, hygiene products, software) once opened or unsealed

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
