Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. General
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms set out below.
2. Delivery Locations
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). We may also offer international delivery – please contact us before placing an order for shipping outside the UK.
3. Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched on the day of purchase, provided it is between Monday and Friday.
Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 days from dispatch.
Express delivery - 1-2 days
Next day - If ordered before 1.00pm
During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather disruptions, courier delays), delivery times may be extended. We will try to keep you informed in such cases.
4. Delivery Charges
Standard UK delivery: £2.95+vat (free on Premium orders)
Express UK delivery: £4.99+vat
Next day: £6.99
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
*Please note: If items are located at the warehouse (denoted ships in 3-4 days). Items will be sent on a next day delivery after we have received them.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable). You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will usually leave a calling card or send an email/SMS with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from missed deliveries.
7. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address provided. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until we have received full payment.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@wynnoil.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
10. International shipping
We do not ship internationally.
