High Build Filler

High Build Filler is a fast-drying spray putty with high filling power, perfect for filling out sanding scratches and small irregularities in damage repair and paint industry.

High Build Filler has been specially developed for spot repairs, in particular where different materials such as sanded putty, bare aluminium or steel, galvanized sheet (e-coat) and sanded paint layers come together. These different substrates react differently when painted over with a primer, which often leads to island formation. High Build Filler can prevent this potential problem! The product provides a professional result because of its closed surface structure and its perfect paintability.

High Build Filler offers excellent adhesion to all substrates as described above, but also to most plastics, wood and MDF. It is ideal for filling sanding scratches and irregularities in sanded putty. Due to its unique composition, it is suitable as an undercoat for almost all modern and common primer systems (test beforehand).

High Build Filler is perfectly suited to repair minor damage where using a spray gun is often too labour intensive as only small quantities of product are needed. However, due to the unique solvent in High Build Filler, even repair surfaces of up to two A3 sheets can be provided with a filling spray filler. Because of this, but also because you can use the spray can in just about any place, High Build Filler is an ideal solution for companies that want to save time in their repair process and still deliver perfect quality.
The product has a very high solid content and excellent flow properties. Due to its fast drying High Build Filler is dust dry after 10 minutes (IR drying possible) and sandable, both wet and dry, after 20 minutes (with IR drying after 10 minutes). For a professional end result, we recommend to always finish High Build Filler with Innotec Speed Primer.

High Build Filler is available in the most common primer colour CS3 (CoverShade) or mid -grey, so that afterwards a choice can be made from the different CoverShade primer colours of Innotec Speed Primer (CS1, CS4, CS5, CS6). This means that an optimal degree of coverage can be achieved with almost all existing base colours, which will considerably reduce the risk of edge marking.

Thanks to its aerosol packaging High Build Filler is extremely user-friendly and easy to apply. The product comes with two special nozzles (white = small cone, red = large cone) giving a professional spray pattern that exactly matches the cone of a spray gun and perfectly suits your spot repair. In addition, the nozzle is adjustable, so that the product can be sprayed both horizontally and vertically.
