Pro Bond is a unique 2K cyanoacrylate adhesive: extremely strong, semi-transparent and permanently flexible due to the addition of a special additive. The adhesive turns violet during mixing and becomes semi-transparent as it cures. Specially developed for hard-to-bond materials. Highly moisture-resistant and suitable for thin adhesive layers.

Pro Bond has been developed for bonding a wide range of (recycled) materials. The product is odourless, free from hazard symbols, and provides excellent adhesion to various substrates, including (low-energy) plastics, rubber, polycarbonate, metal, wood, ceramics, and more. Thanks to the controlled drying, an optimal, slightly flexible bond is formed.

The application time is approximately 5–6 minutes, allowing for multiple, very precise bonds using just one Mixer Tip. Its gel-like consistency also makes Pro Bond ideal for vertical applications (brief support required after bonding).

Pro Bond 2-Component Adhesive

Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean surfaces with Innotec Multisol. Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic or Innotec Inno-Degreasers.
Application method: First insert the plunger into the twin cartridge, then remove the grey cap and replace it with the Mixer Tip. Dispense a small amount of adhesive to ensure proper mixing. Apply the adhesive to one side and join the parts within 60 seconds. Press firmly for 5 minutes. Handling strength is achieved after 10-20 minutes. Full strength is achieved after 24 hours. After use, put the cap back on the cartridge.
Open time: 5-8 minutes (depending on humidity and type of substrate)
Correction time: 30-60 seconds
Drying time: Curing time and final strength strongly depend on humidity and type of substrate. The optimal relative humidity is between 30% and 50%.

Remarks: When mixing the two components, the product turns purple. During curing, the colour changes to semi-transparent within approx. 5 minutes. Depending on the heat dissipation of the substrate, the purple colour may temporarily reappear; this has no effect on the adhesion or the properties of the product.
