Compatability

Inno-Seal is a unique MS polymer based and permanently elastic sealant with adhesive properties. The product is suitable for gluing and sealing and provides good adhesion to almost any surface in automotive, construction, wood industry and metalworking. It is very quick to form a skin, fast curing, and extremely flexible.

Inno-Seal contains no solvents, so that the bonding or sealing is virtually shrink-free. Neither does the product contain isocyanates. It can be sprayed over easily with just about any modern paint system, even wet-on-wet, thus saving an enormous amount of time.

Inno-Seal is also perfectly suited for application between two parts before spot welding.

The handy 290 ml cartridges make Inno-Seal very economical and easy to use.

Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean surfaces with Innotec Multisol or Innotec Seal and Bond Remover. Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic. Plastic, porous or extremely difficult surfaces must be pre-treated with Innotec Repaplast Primer or Innotec Seal Guard.
Application method: Apply directly from the cartridge using a glue gun (Pro 2000 Gun, Easy Grip Gun or Air Sealant Applicator 300). When gluing, join the parts together within 10 minutes. If necessary smooth with Innotec Seal Fluid and a spatula.
Skin formation: ± 10 minutes (23°C / 50% relative humidity)
Tack free: ± 4 hours (at 23°C / 50% relative humidity)
Curing time: ± 3 mm in 24 hours (at 23°C / 50% relative humidity)

Paintability: Suitable for almost all modern water-based and 2K paint systems. Can be sprayed over wet-on-wet after 10 minutes, without drying delay. If you want to spray with 2K lacquers after 4 hours, then apply a plastic primer first (Innotec Repaplast Primer). Due to the huge variety of paint types on the market, it is best to test the paint beforehand.
