Bacteria In Fuel Systems

Bacteria In Fuel Systems

The bacteria live in the moisture and feeds off the fuel. When living in the fuel tank the microorganism will spread and grow very quickly and will always attach to areas within the fuel tank. The first indication of a problem can be low fuel pressure. Protecting against the potential growth of bacteria known as diesel bug will prevent fuel system problems and maintain good fuel quality and efficiency. Regularly using and refreshing the fuel in our tanks will help reduce the spread and using an additive will help to maintain fuel system cleanliness.
