Power Gasket 275ml

Power Gasket is a high-quality, acid-free gasket maker that is extremely resistant to chemicals and has an extremely high temperature resistance.

Power Gasket has been specially developed as a replacement and/or support for many types of (rubber) gaskets or flat seals, such as for water pumps, oil pumps, crankcase or gearbox parts. The great advantage of Power Gasket is that standard gaskets no longer need to be stocked in massive quantities.

Due to its unique composition, Power Gasket is also extremely suitable for use around electronic units or connections, such as battery packs of hybrid and electric cars. Through the fact that Power Gasket is completely free of acetic acid, no oxidation will occur.

Besides the wide range of applications, Power Gasket also offers the professional security thanks to its extremely high temperature resistance up to 300°C. Even in the most extreme conditions, the gasket will not suffer any deterioration that could possibly cause leakage.

The ergonomic 275 ml dual-chamber pressure can and the MEKO-free formulation offer ease of use and a safe and healthy working environment as there is no contact with propellant during spraying and no harmful fumes are released during drying. Due to the fast curing of Power Gasket, it is possible to assemble parts already after 20 minutes. This means a considerable gain of time during the work.

Application conditions: +5°C to +30°C
Type of surface: Suitable as gasket maker for water pump, oil pump, crankcase/gearbox parts, etc., but also for sealing battery packs of hybrid and electric cars. Can also be used to repair seals / rubber sleeves of drive shafts or cardan shafts or to temporarily hold rubber seals in place during assembly. Also applicable to plastics and composite materials.
Always test surfaces in advance for adhesion and compatibility.
Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean surfaces with Innotec Multisol, Seal and Bond Remover, Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic or Inno-Degreasers.
Application method: Apply evenly straight from the packaging to one of the parts to be glued. Press parts together within 10 minutes. Turn finger-tight. Tighten after 20 minutes on the prescribed tightening moment.

Tack free: 60 minutes (23°C / 50% relative humidity)
